Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO): Grace and Mercy Homeless Ministries is a Qualified Charitable Organization. QCOs are certified by the Arizona Department of Revenue to receive contributions eligible for the tax credit. Individuals making a cash donation to a QCO may claim a tax credit on their Arizona Personal Income tax returns; $400 ($800 if filing jointly).
